Valerie is a certified Holy Yoga instructor who enjoys leading others in a deeper connection with God through breath, movement, and Scripture. She uses exercise in every day life to assist in overall health for both the mind and body, and has been lead to Holy Yoga as a way to strengthen faith and true meditation for spiritual health as well. She hopes to always create a peaceful space for students to feel encouraged, strengthened, and a bit more rooted through active movements, mindful breathing, and worship through God’s Word and praise music. She invites you to come for a class that will wake up your body and strengthen your soul with fellowship and encouragement for the day.

Allie began on her yoga journey in 2012 while seeking personal healing and a sense of community. Yoga became a deeply spiritual and empowering practice for her that she has continued over the years. In 2023, Allie earned her teaching certification and has since been teaching at a local nonprofit, dedicated to helping survivors of abuse and violence find healing and restoration on their mat.
